I've spent my career on the operating side of healthcare and technology. I led strategy teams at Deloitte and CVS Health, then built products at several early-stage health tech startups, including an AI behavioral health platform and two companies that were acquired. I was the first product hire at a self-funded health benefits platform that grew to nearly 10,000 members and over $100M in medical claims.

Over the past two years I've focused on AI: Shipping a GenAI clinical documentation product, then helping teams in healthcare administration and growing businesses turn scattered AI use into workflows that run every day.

The pattern is the same everywhere. The tools are rarely the problem. What's missing is a clear decision about what AI should change, someone who owns it, and the time to do it properly. That's the work.
